Alpen Express winter 2023 / 2024 will not run

In winter 2023,2024, Alpen Express is forced to skip a season. There are not enough suitable carriages available. In corona time, train rental companies could not operate for two years. To survive, many carriages were divested and not properly maintained.
Travelers and we expect minimum quality and this is not possible now. A huge disappointment. Because of direct connection, overnight travel and being able to ski for eight days, and because of our staff on board, the Alpen Express trip was hugely popular.
