Where can I leave my luggage on the train?
You can store your luggage in the compartment. In the sleeping cars 5 and 6, under the seats or above the compartment door. In the sleeping car, you can store your luggage in a cupboard in the compartment or in a space above the washbasin of your compartment. There is no ski compartment or luggage compartment on the train.
I forgot to book breakfast, can it still be arranged on the train?
In the train we always have an extra supply, but we cannot guarantee it. It is advisable to report this immediately to the steward. On board you pay € 7.50 for a breakfast.

Can I still book a private compartment on the train?
You can ask the steward about this during the journey. If a private compartment is available, you can use it at an upgrade cost.
Is there WIFI on board?
Unfortunately, the train does not have WIFI.
Are there power outlets in my compartment?
There are power outlets in the sleeping car compartments. Only a limited number of compartments in the Ber-5 & Ber-6 have power outlets.
Is there food available on board?
Yes, there is food for sale on board. In the carriages the steward has the smaller snacks like chips, M&M's etc. Other snacks, like a hamburger sandwich and sandwiches, are available in the bar.
I can't remember my coach and compartment number, what do I do?
No problem, our staff has a list of all travellers. We can easily look it up for you. All carriages have a number on them, and all compartments on the train have notes with names.
Until what time is the bar open?
The bar is open until 00:30 at night, the last possibility to order is at 00:15. The bar is open at the time of boarding.
